深孔模袋注浆技术在地下矿井突水治理中的应用

摘　　要：滇东北某地下金属矿山433 m标高硐室掘进迎头出现突水,稳定水量约1650m^(3)/h,导致该水平巷道被淹没。在紧急增加水泵强排控制水位的基础上,拟采用钻孔投骨料加注浆的方式封堵过水巷道。因突水量大且水压高,骨料在巷道中堆积至一定高度后难以有效接顶,通过向巷道内投放多个大体积模袋,利用钻杆与自制模袋注浆装置向模袋内注入改性单液水泥浆,固化后可形成结石体,模袋结石体改变了巷道水流场,促进了骨料的有效堆积,最终巷道成功接顶,为后续注浆施工提供了基础。这种类深孔模袋注浆技术,可为后续类似动水注浆封堵工程提供参考。A water inrush occurred in the heading of excavation of a 433 m elevation chamber of an underground metal mine in northeast Yunnan Province,and the stable water volume was about 1650 m^(3)/h,resulting in the flooding of the horizontal roadway.On the basis of the urgent increasing water pump drainage to control the water level,it was proposed to use the way of drilling to put aggregate and grouting to block the flooded roadway.Due to large water outburst and high water pressure,it was difficult for aggregate to be effectively roofed after it accumulated to a certain height in the roadway.By throwing multiple large-volume mold bags into the roadway and using drill pipe and self-made mold bag grouting device to inject modified single-liquid cement slurry into the mold bag,a stone body could be formed after solidification.The stone body of the mold bag changed the water flow field of the roadway and promoted the effective accumulation of aggregate,and finally the roadway was successfully roofed.It provided the foundation for subsequent grouting construction.This kind of deephole mold bag grouting technology could provide reference for subsequent similar dynamic water grouting and plugging projects.
