摘　　要：潼金矿业有限公司深部探矿工程,位于小秦岭西段北坡,地形陡峻,落差较大,沟壑纵横,属中切割高中上—中高山区侵蚀构造地形,受区内大月坪—金罗斑复式背斜主体构造的影响,矿区区域构造较为发育,属复杂工程地质条件。在掘进中因岩石破碎、工作面出水,塌方极其严重,靠单一的支护方式无法安全通过,最终采用综合巷道治理技术来治理该塌方区域。在塌方地段,采用喷射混凝土支护技术及不同注浆方式相结合的方法,在不对塌方体进行处理的基础上先喷射混凝土作为注浆岩帽,防止漏浆,再利用注浆管对其下部塌方体进行注浆加固,最后根据下部稳固情况再进行塌方空区的注浆,注浆结束后,利用超前管棚+钢筋混凝土的支护方式对塌方区域进行支护,从而顺利通过了塌方区域。该方法效率较高,避免进入塌方区域,危险系数小,减少了施工及巷道改道的费用,可为类似工程提供经验借鉴。The deep exploration project of Tongjin mining company limited is located on the north slope of the western section of Xiaoqinling Mountain,with steep topography,large drop and ravines.It belongs to the erosional structural terrain of the upper and middle-high mountainous areas.Affected by the main structure of the Dayueping-Jinluoban complex anticlinal structure in the area,the structure of the mining area is relatively developed and belongs to complex engineering geological conditions.Due to rock breaking and water gushing in the working face,the collapse is extremely serious,and it was impossible to pass safely by a single support method.Finally,comprehensive roadway treatment technology was adopted to treat the collapse area.In the collapse section,the shotcrete support technology and the combination of different grouting methods are adopted.On the basis of not treating the collapse,the shotcrete was first used as the grouting rock cap to prevent the leakage of grouting,and then the grouting pipe was used to reinforce the lower collapse.Finally,grouting in the collapse empty area was carried out according to the stability of the lower part.The collapse area was supported by the support method of advancing pipe shed and reinforced concrete,so that the collapse area was passed smoothly.The method had high efficiency,avoided entering the collapse area,had small risk factor,reduced the cost of construction and roadway diversion,and could provide experience for similar projects.
