摘 要:为了解决海相超深立井高温热水岩巷热害治理难题,针对纱岭金矿井下巷道围岩高温导致海相超深立井不能持续开拓现状,从巷道工作面空间气流组织和冷量在巷道局部空间扩散等实际出发,通过模拟试验探索出了巷道掘进工作面最佳气流组织流速,确定了可参考的巷道风速风量,提出了改善巷道热环境的“地面+井下”通风和制冷相结合的综合降温关键技术。该技术配备相应的空气流制冷装备,为海相超深立井巷道掘砌工作面热环境改善提供新方法。工程实际应用证明,该技术可以很好地改善了井下通风状况,有效地解决了海相超深立井高温热水岩巷热害治理难题,巷道掘砌工作面环境温度保持在28℃左右,为超深高温岩巷掘砌通风设计提供了可借鉴的经验。In order to solve the problem of heat damage control in high-temperature hot water rock roadway of ultra-deep marine facies shaft,aiming at the current situation that the ultra-deep marine facies shaft could not be continuously excavated due to the high-temperature of the surrounding rock of the roadway in Shaling Gold Mine,the optimal airflow organization velocity of the roadway heading face was explored through simulation tests based on the actual conditions such as the airflow organization of the roadway working face and the diffusion of the cooling capacity in the roadway local space.The reference wind speed and air volume of the roadway were determined,and the key technology of integrated cooling,which combined"surface+underground"ventilation and refrigeration,was put forward to improve the thermal environment of the roadway.The technology was equipped with the corresponding air flow refrigeration equipment,which provided a new method for improving the thermal environment of the excavation face of ultra-deep marine facies shaft.The practical application of the project had proved that the technology could improve the underground ventilation condition well,effectively solve the problem of heat damage treatment of high-temperature hot water rock roadway in ultra-deep marine facies shaft,and maintain the environment temperature of the roadway excavation face at about 28℃,which provided a reference experience for the excavation ventilation design of ultra-deep high-temperature rock roadway.
