摘  要:采用冻结法施工的上海市轨道交通15号线桂林路站新建换乘通道工程,根据工程“0距离”近接普天信息产业园地下车库结构的特点,采用“u型”冻结壁形式进行冻结加固,异型冻结壁发展状况评判难度较大。在工程施工中,采用测温孔数据进行冻土帷幕计算,结合地下车库结构变形监测、泄压孔压力监测、探孔情况进行冻结壁发展状况综合分析。结果表明:桂林路站换乘通道冻结帷幕厚度及平均温度满足设计要求,泄压孔压力出现有规律上升趋势,结合地下车库结构变形数据判定桂林路站换乘通道冻结壁在开机30 d时交圈。冻结壁交圈的判定有力地指导了冻结施工,确保了工程开挖构筑施工安全,可为类似工程提供借鉴。In the new transfer channel project of Guilin Road Station of Shanghai Subway Line 15 constructed by freezing method,according to the characteristics of the structure of the underground garage of Putian Information Industry Park,which was close to the"0 distance"of the project,the"ushaped"freezing wall was adopted for freezing and strengthening,and it was difficult to evaluate the development status of the special-shaped freezing wall.In the engineering construction,the frozen curtain was calculated by using temperature measuring hole data,and the frozen wall development status was comprehensively analyzed in combination with the deformation monitoring of underground garage structure,pressure monitoring of pressure relief holes and the situation of exploration holes.The results showed that the freezing curtain thickness and average temperature of the transfer channel of Guilin Road Station met the design requirements,and the pressure of the pressure relief hole showed a regular rising trend.Combined with the structural deformation data of the underground garage,it was determined that the freezing wall of the transfer channel of Guilin Road station would be closure after 30 d of construction.The determination of the closure of frozen wall could guide the freezing construction effectively,which could ensure the construction safety of excavation and construction,and could provide reference for similar projects.
