止泪补肝散加减治疗功能性泪溢的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察止泪补肝散加减对功能性泪溢的治疗效果。方法:将90例功能性泪溢患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例。治疗组给予中药汤剂止泪补肝散加减口服,对照组给予复方硫酸锌滴眼液点眼,治疗时间为30 d。比较两组的总有效率、流泪频率、泪河高度、中医证候积分及安全性。结果:治疗组总有效率为79.27%(65/82),对照组为38.16%(29/76),治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者的流泪频率Munk分级值均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的Munk分级值低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者的泪河高度均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的泪河高度低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的中医证候总评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的中医证候总评分低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者治疗后、随访期不良反应症状量表(TESS)评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:止泪补肝散加减能有效治疗功能性泪溢,降低患者流泪频率,降低泪河高度,减轻症状,且安全性高。Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of modified Zhilei Bugan powder on functional lacrimal overflow.Methods:Totally 90 cases of patients with functional lacrimal overflow were randomly divided into treatment and control groups,with 45 cases in each group.Patients were given modified Zhilei Bugan decoction in treatment group and zinc sulfate eye drops in control group.The treatment time was 30 days.The effective rate,lacrimal frequency,lacrimal height,TCM syndrome score and safety were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate was 79.27%(65/82)in treatment group and 38.16%(29/76)in control group.The treatment group showed higher effective rate than control group(P<0.01).The Munk grading value of lacrimation frequency decreased in two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed lower Munk grading value than control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the height of lacrimal river decreased in two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed lower height of lacrimal river than control group(P<0.05).The total TCM Syndrome score decreased in two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment group showed lower total TCM syndrome score than control group(P<0.01).There was no significant difference between the two groups in TESS scores after treatment and during the follow-up period(P>0.05).Conclusions:Modified Zhilei Bugan powder can effectively treat functional lacrimal overflow,reduce the frequency of tears and,decrease the height of the tear stream,and alleviate symptoms,with high safety.
