泻心汤类经方治疗肿瘤的临床研究进展

摘　　要：泻心汤类经方来源于《伤寒论》,包括半夏泻心汤、生姜泻心汤、甘草泻心汤、黄连汤及旋覆代赭汤,主治心下痞,方药配伍上辛开苦降以调理脾胃气机,寒热并用以平衡中焦阴阳,临床被广泛用于治疗各类胃肠道疾病及其他杂症。恶性肿瘤发病以寒热错杂、阴阳失衡为主。现代医家基于该病机特点,应用泻心汤类经方治疗肿瘤获得了显著的疗效,主要体现在治疗癌前病变以预防恶性肿瘤的发生、改善术后的并发症、缓解化疗不良反应及提高放化疗耐受性等方面。Xiexin decoction classical prescriptions derived from Treatise on Febrile Diseases are indicated for the fullness syndrome,including Banxia Xiexin decoction(半夏泻心汤),Shengjiang Xiexin decoction(生姜泻心汤),Gancao Xiexin decoction(甘草泻心汤),Huanglian decoction(黄连汤)and Xuanfu Daizhe decoction(旋覆代赭汤).From the aspects of compatibility of prescriptions,Xiexin decoction classical prescriptions regulate the spleen and stomach qi by acrid dispersing and bitter descending,and balance the yin and yang of the middle-jiao by combination cold and hot.They are widely used in various gastrointestinal diseases and other miscellaneous diseases.The pathogenesis of malignant tumors is mainly due to the cold-heat complex and the imbalance of yin and yang.Based on the characteristics of the pathogenesis,modern physicians have obtained significant curative effects by applying Xiexin decoction classical prescriptions to treat tumors,which is mainly reflected in the treatment of precancerous lesions to prevent the occurrence of malignant tumors,improving postoperative complications,alleviating adverse reactions of chemotherapy,and improving the tolerance to radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
