复发性风湿症中医病名辨识

摘　　要：在重订《灵枢·周痹》的基础上,根据复发性风湿症诊断标准及临床特点进行文献识别与中医病名探讨。认为以《金匮要略》为首的医家所述之历节风并非现代医学中的复发性风湿症,《妇人大全良方》中所载之历节与复发性风湿症临床特点较相似,但未描述其症状持续时间、发作缓解周期、未排除其他关节炎可能,不能完全等同于复发性风湿症。以《灵枢·周痹》《圣济总录》为首、以《增补内经拾遗方论》为首和以《医宗金鉴》为首的医家所述周痹等同于复发性风湿症的观点值得商榷。而以《灵枢·周痹》为首,《类经》《灵枢节注类篇》《医经原旨》《黄帝内经太素》《医宗金鉴》所描述的众痹,其此起彼伏、骤发骤缓、交替轮流发病的发作特点与复发性风湿症的游走性、急性、反复性发作的特点一致,可以等同于本病,本病当从众痹论治。Based on the revision of Spiritual Pivot:Generalized Impediment,literature identification and discussion of traditional Chinese medicine disease names were conducted based on the diagnostic criteria and clinical characteristics of palindromic rheumatism.It is concluded that joint running wind described by various medical schools led by Golden Chamber Synopsis was not really equal to palindromic rheumatism in modern medicine.The joint running described in An Complete Collection of Effective Prescriptions for Women was similar to the clinical characteristics of palindromic rheumatism,but did not described the duration of symptoms,the period of onset and relief,or excluded the possibility of other arthritis,and could not be completely equivalent to palindromic rheumatism.The argument that generalized impediment was the equivalent to palindromic rheumatism was predominantly described by the medical schools in Spiritual Pivot:Generalized Impediment,Comprehensive Recording of Sage-like Benefit,Supplement to Treatise on and Formulas from Internal Classic,and Golden Mirror of the Medical Ancestors,is open to dispute.The characteristics of mobile algesia described in Spiritual Pivot:Generalized Impediment,Classified Classic,Notes on Spiritual Pivot,Notes on Selected Internal Classic,Grand Plain of Huangdi's Internal Classic,and Golden Mirror of the Medical Ancestors were consistent with the migratory,acute,and recurrent characteristics of palindromic rheumatism,and can be equated with this disease.This disease should be treated according to the principles of mobile algesia.
