西帕依固龈液在糖尿病合并牙周炎患者中的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探究西帕依固龈液在糖尿病合并牙周炎患者中的疗效。方法:选择2020年1月-2022年6月福建省立医院南院收治的80例糖尿病合并牙周炎患者为研究对象。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上加用西帕依固龈液。比较两组治疗总有效率、治疗前后牙周指标[牙周袋深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)及龈沟出血指数(SBI)]、趋化因子[嗜酸性粒细胞趋化因子(Eotaxin)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、巨噬细胞炎症蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)]及基质金属蛋白酶[基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-3(MMP-3)及基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂-2(TIMP-2)]。结果:观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组牙周指标、趋化因子及基质金属蛋白酶比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗1周、2周后,观察组牙周指标均显著优于治疗前,且观察组显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周后,两组Eotaxin、IL-8、MIP-1α均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗1周、2周后,两组MMP-2、MMP-3及TIMP-2均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:西帕依固龈液在糖尿病合并牙周炎患者中的疗效较好,且可显著改善局部趋化因子及基质金属蛋白酶的表达。Objective:To explore the effect of Xipayi Guyin Fluid in diabetes mellitus patients complicated with periodontitis.Method:A total of 80 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with periodontitis admitted to Fujian Provincial Hospital South Branch from January 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine treatment,while the observation group received an additional dose of Xipayi Guyin Fluid on basis of the control group.The total effective rate,and periodontal indicators[periodontal pocket depth(PD),gingival index(GI)and sulcus bleeding index(SBI)],chemokines[eosinophil chemokine(Eotaxin),interleukin-8(IL-8),macrophage inflammatory protein-1α(MIP-1α)],matrix metalloproteinase[matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2),matrix metalloproteinase-3(MMP-3)and tissue inhibitors of metalloproteinase-2(TIMP-2)]before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in periodontal indicators,chemokines and matrix metalloproteinase between the two groups(P>0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the periodontal indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those before treatment,and the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,Eotaxin,IL-8,and MIP-1αin two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment,the levels of MMP-2,MMP-3,and TIMP-2 in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation gro
