复方丹参滴丸联合肌氨肽苷注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨复方丹参滴丸联合肌氨肽苷注射液对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)患者的影响。方法:选取莆田滨海医院2021年4月-2022年10月收治93例DPN患者,随机将患者分为对照组(n=47)和研究组(n=46)。对照组予以肌氨肽苷注射液治疗,研究组予以复方丹参滴丸联合肌氨肽苷注射液治疗。比较两组疗效、临床症状[多伦多临床评分系统(TCSS)]、腓总神经传导速度[运动神经传导速度(MCV)、感觉神经传导速度(SCV)]、炎症相关指标[血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、中性粒细胞与淋巴细胞比值(NLR)]及不良反应发生情况。结果:研究组总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组的72.34%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗4周后,研究组TCSS评分、SAA、NLR水平低于对照组,MCV、SCV高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应总发生率为8.70%,低于对照组的10.64%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:DPN患者采用复方丹参滴丸联合肌氨肽苷注射液治疗效果较好,可减轻临床症状,改善神经传导速度,降低炎症相关指标水平,且药物安全性好。Objective:To explore the effect of Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides Injection on patients with diabetes peripheral neuropathy(DPN).Method:A total of 93 DPN patients admitted to Putian Binhai Hospital from April 2021 to October 2022 were selected,and they were randomly divided into control group(n=47)and study group(n=46).The control group was treated with Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides Injection,while the study group was treated with Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides Injection.The curative effect,clinical symptoms[Toronto clinical scoring system(TCSS)],common peroneal nerve conduction velocity[motor nerve conduction velocity(MCV),sensory nerve conduction velocity(SCV)],inflammation related indexes[serum amyloid A(SAA),neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio(NLR)]and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 91.30%,which was higher than 72.34%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the TCSS score,SAA,and NLR levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while MCV and SCV were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 8.70%,which was lower than 10.64%of the control group,but there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of DPN patients using Compound Danshen Dropping Pills combined with Muscular Amino Acids and Peptides and Nucleosides Injection has a good effect,which can alleviate clinical symptoms,improve nerve conduction velocity,reduce the level of inflammation related indicators,and has good drug safety.
