血必净联合西医治疗弥散性血管内凝血的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨血必净联合西医治疗弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)的有效性。方法:采用电脑查询EMbase、PubMed、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science,中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库(维普)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM),收集血必净治疗DIC的随机对照试验,将检索结果进行筛选后,采用数据分析软件RevMan5.0进行分析。结果:共纳入5项研究,300例研究对象,其中血必净+西医组155例,西医组145例。Meta分析结果显示,血必净+西医组治疗DIC的疗效优于西医组(RR=1.39,95%CI:1.18,1.64),治疗后的血小板比西医组显著升高(MD=30.35,95%CI:23.06,37.65),凝血酶原时间(PT)比西医组缩短(MD=-3.15,95%CI:-3.92,-2.37),治疗后的纤维蛋白原比西医组显著升高(MD=1.13,95%CI:0.90,1.35),各组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用血必净联合西医治疗可提高DIC的治疗有效率。Objective:To explore the effect of Xuebijing combined with western medicine in the treatment of disseminated intravascular coagulation(DIC).Method:Randomized controlled trials(RCT)on Xuebijing for DIC were searched in Embase,PubMed,The Cochrance Library,Web of Science,China National Knowledge Internet(CNKI),Wanfang Database,China Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP)and Chinese Biology Medicine Database(CBM).After screening the search results,RevMan 5.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Result:A total of 5 RCTs were enrolled,involving 300 patients,155 patients with Xuebijing+western medicine and 145 patients with western medicine.Meta analysis showed that Xuebijing combined with western medicine group was better than that western medicine group in treating DIC(RR=1.39,95%CI:1.18,1.64),platelets were significantly higher than those in western medicine group after treatment(MD=30.35,95%CI:23.06,37.65),prothrombin time(PT)was shorter than those in western medicine group(MD=-3.15,95%CI:-3.92,-2.37).Fibrinogen was significantly higher than that in the western medicine group after treatment(MD=1.13,95%CI:0.90,1.35),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing combined with western medicine can improve the treatment efficiency of DIC.
