摘　　要：目的:探讨叙事护理对癌症化疗患者心理弹性能力及住院满意度的影响。方法:随机取样选取2021年10月-2023年3月福建医科大学附属协和医院肿瘤内科收治的182例癌症化疗患者。根据随机数表法将其分为试验组与对照组,各91例。对照组采取常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予叙事护理。比较两组护理前后心理弹性能力,护理后住院满意度。结果:护理后,试验组坚韧、自强、乐观评分及总分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住院满意度评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:叙事护理应用于癌症化疗患者中,有助于提高其心理弹性能力及住院期间满意度。Objective:To explore the influence of narrative nursing on psychological resilience ability and hospitalization satisfaction of cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 182 cancer patients underwent chemotherapy admitted to the Department of Oncology of Union Hospital Affiliated to Fujian Medical University from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected by random sampling.According to random number table method,they were divided into experimental group and control group,91 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received narrative nursing based on the control group.The psychological resilience ability before and after nursing and the satisfaction of hospitalization after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,the scores of tenacity,self-reliance,optimism and total scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization satisfaction score of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of narrative nursing in cancer chemotherapy patients is helpful to improve their psychological resilience ability and satisfaction during hospitalization.
