基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理管理在白内障术后患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理管理在白内障术后患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2022年2月邵武市立医院五官科收治的80例白内障手术患者,根据电脑随机数表法进行分组,对照组40例术后予以常规护理管理,观察组40例予以基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理管理,比较两组心理状态、并发症发生情况、健康信念及生活质量。结果:护理3个月后,两组状态-特质焦虑问卷(STAI)评分较护理前均降低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为10.0%,低于对照组的27.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理3个月后,两组Champion健康信念量表(CHBMS)评分、中文版低视力者生活质量量表(CLVQOL)评分较护理前均升高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白内障术后患者应用基于马斯洛需要层次论的护理管理可取得显著效果,不仅能改善心理状态,降低并发症发生率,而且还能促进其健康信念及生活质量进一步提高。Objective:To explore the application effect of nursing management based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory in patients after cataract surgery.Method:A total of 80 patients with cataract surgery who admitted to the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Shaowu Municipal Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were collected and grouped according to the computer random number table method,40 patients in the control group were given routine nursing management after surgery,and 40 patients in the observation group were given nursing management based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.The psychological status,complications,health beliefs and quality of life of two groups were compared.Result:After 3 months of nursing,the scores of state-trait anxiety inventory(STAI)in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.0%,which was lower than 27.5%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of nursing,the scores of Champion health belief scale(CHBMS)and Chinese version of low vision quality of life scale(CLVQOL)in two groups were higher than those before nursing,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing management based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory can achieve significant results in patients after cataract surgery,it can not only improve the psychological state,reduce the incidence of complications,but also promote the further improvement of health beliefs and quality of life.
