从“山水城岚”到生态绿建——昭山两型产业发展中心的本土化设计分析

摘　　要：昭山两型产业发展中心位处长沙、株洲、湘潭(简称长株潭)三市中心,坐落于湖湘生态绿心之上,尊享“三山两水”的生态资源,是湘潭昭山示范区的标志性建筑。设计借北宋著名书画家米芾的名作“山市晴岚”立意为“山水城岚”,并以绿色建筑三星级为目标,自设计之初就引入山水意蕴、低碳绿色概念,从而推动资源节约型和环境友好型社会的发展。基于昭山两型产业发展中心的本土化设计分析,采用个案分析法与经验总结法,提取具有地域文化特色及适宜湖南本土、低成本、高效用的绿色建筑技术,为后续以人为本、生态友好、高效节能、资源循环的绿色建筑设计提供范式与参考。The Zhaoshan Two-Shape Industrial Development Centre is located in the heart of the three cities of Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan,it is situated in the ecological green heart of Hunan,enjoying the ecological resources of"three mountains and two waters",and is a landmark building in the Zhaoshan Demonstration Zone of Xiangtan.The design is based on a very famous artist in Song Dynasty-MiFu's masterpiece called"Mountain Mist over a Country Fair"to express the concept"a City of Mountains and Rivers",and aims to be a three-star green building,introducing the concepts of landscape and low-carbon green from the beginning of the design to promote the development of a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.Based on the localized design analysis of the Zhaoshan Two-Shape Industrial Development Centre,this thesis uses case study analysis and experience summaries to extract green building technologies that are culturally appropriate,low-cost and efficient for Hunan,providing a model and reference for subsequent human-cenered,eco-friendly,energy-efficient and resource-recycling green building designs.
