工业废渣对干粉砂浆性能影响的研究

摘  要:文中对江西地区三种体量较大的工业废渣制备干粉砂浆进行了试验。结果表明,锂渣掺量小于20%,可提高试验砂浆的抗压强度,砂浆的黏结强度随锂渣掺量的增加而减小;当锂渣掺量大于30%时,砂浆的收缩值显著增加。掺入矿粉对砂浆的抗压强度影响不明显,可以降低砂浆的收缩值。掺入钢渣会使砂浆的力学性能显著下降,钢渣掺量小于20%,可减小砂浆的收缩值;大于30%会显著增加砂浆的收缩值。In this paper,the preparation of dry powder mortar from three kinds of industrial wastes with large volume in Jiangxi area was tested.The results show that the compressive strength of mortar can be improved when the content of lithium slag is less than 20%.The bonding strength of mortar decreases with the increase of lithium slag content.When the content of lithium slag is more than 30%,the shrinkage value of mortar increases significantly.The addition of mineral powder has no obvious effect on the compressive strength of mortar,and the addition of mineral powder can reduce the shrinkage of mortar.The mechanical properties of mortar decreased significantly when steel slag was added.Steel slag content less than 20%can reduce the shrinkage value of mortar,steel slag content more than 30%can significantly increase the shrinkage value of mortar.
