摘 要:文中在明确黏土性能对掺聚羧酸外加剂吸附机理的基础上,分析了砂石含泥量对掺聚羧酸外加剂混凝土质量的影响,通过试验,对混凝土的搅拌、初级坍落度、抗压、抗折等方面试验进行了阐述。结果表明,当混凝土拌和物含泥量不断降低,掺入聚羧酸外加剂后,混凝土拌和效果提升,初始性能更加良好。混凝土含泥量低于6%,可保障混凝土抗压强度达到正常标准。On the basis of clarifying the adsorption mechanism of clay properties on the addition of polycarboxylic acid admixtures,this article analyzes the influence of sand and gravel mud content on the quality of concrete mixed with polycarboxylic acid admixtures.Through material tests,the experimental steps of concrete mixing,primary slump,compression resistance,and bending resistance are explained.The results indicate that the mud content of the concrete mixture will continue to decrease.Through the application of polycarboxylic acid additives,the concrete mixing effect will be improved and the initial performance will be better.When the mud content of concrete is below 6%,it can be ensured that the compressive strength of concrete can reach the normal standard.
