摘  要:文中研究了不同掺量粉煤灰、矿粉对预应力孔道压浆料流动性、泌水性及力学性能的影响。研究表明,粉煤灰的掺入可大幅度提高压浆料的流动性,适当掺入矿粉可大幅度提高压浆料的力学性能和泌水性,粉煤灰、矿粉复掺比例为3︰2,整体掺量为30%的情况下,可制备得到流动性、泌水性、密实性、力学性能优异的粉煤灰-矿粉基预应力孔道压浆料。In this paper,the effects of different amounts of fly ash and mineral powder on the fluidity,bleeding and mechanical properties of pre-stressed duct grouting materials are studied.The research shows that the addition of fly ash can greatly improve the fluidity of the grouting material,and the appropriate addition of mineral powder can greatly improve the mechanical properties and bleeding properties of the grouting material.When the ratio of fly ash and mineral powder is 3︰2,and the overall content is 30%,the fly ash-mineral powder based prestressed duct grouting material with excellent fluidity,bleeding,compactness and mechanical properties can be prepared.
