相变储能墙体热工性能评价方法及节能效果试验研究

摘  要:文中分析了传统热工性能测试方法,如稳态防护热箱法传热系数、防护热板法导热系数、热脉冲法导热系数等,探究基于傅里叶定理及热传导微积分方程等热力学方程建立的理论基础,得出以上方法均不适用于表征相变储能墙体热工性能的评价。文中在工程现场选择同种材质砌体的同一面墙体,在该墙体外侧分别涂抹同等厚度的FTC相变保温砂浆(北京秦天科技集团有限公司生产)和普通无机外保温砂浆层(未掺加FTC相变材料),制作出对比墙和相变储能墙体,监测通过两种不同保温材料墙体进入室内的热流,推导室内保持同样温度的情况下两种墙体的耗电量,分析相变保温砂浆应用于实际工程中的节能效果。2020年8月26日15时23分—28日16时59分平衡周期内,两面墙体在均维持20℃的室温条件下,通过FTC抹面墙体进入室内的热量为2108719J/m^(2),通过无机保温砂浆抹面墙体进入室内的热量为2367580J/m^(2),从而可得FTC相变保温墙体较无机保温砂浆墙体节能10.9%。Based on the Fourier theorem and the differential and integral equations of heat conduction,the traditional methods for measuring thermal performance,such as the steady-state protective hot box method,the protective hot plate method and the thermal pulse method,were thermodynamic equation,it is concluded that these methods are not suitable for the evaluation of thermal performance of phase change energy storage wall.By choosing the same wall of the same material masonry in the project site,the same thickness of FTC phase change thermal insulation mortar(made by Beijing Qintian Science and Technology Group Co.Ltd.,)and ordinary inorganic external thermal insulation mortar(without adding FTC phase change material)were applied to the outside of the wall,a contrast wall and a phase change energy storage wall are made.By monitoring the heat flow entering the room through the walls of two different insulation materials,the electricity consumption of the two walls is deduced under the condition of keeping the same temperature in the room,the energy saving effect of phase change thermal insulation mortar applied in practical engineering is analyzed.During the equilibrium period from 2020-8-2615:23 to 2020-8-2816:59,the heat entering the room through the FTC wall was 2108719 J/m^(2) under the condition of maintaining 20℃at room temperature,through the inorganic thermal insulation mortar wall into the indoor heat is 2367580J/m^(2),so the FTC phase change thermal insulation wall wall than inorganic thermal insulation mortar wall energy saving of 10.9%.
