摘　　要：文中以夸特纳斯(厦门)国际食材集采集配中心勘察项目为例,对比分析原位测试法、理论公式法、规范表格法等多取值方法的优缺点,得到可靠的地基承载力,以期为类似项目地基承载力的取值提供参考。Taking the investigation project of Quatenas(Xiamen)International Collection and distribution Center for food materials as an example,this paper compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of in-situ testing method,theoretical formula method,standard table method and other multi-value methods to obtain reliable foundation bearing capacity,in order to provide some reference for similar projects.
