摘  要:装配式弦支混凝土组合结构是一种典型的弦支结构,拉索在张拉力的作用下对中间撑杆起到弹性支撑作用,上部结构在撑杆的支撑作用下向上起拱变形,通过施加预应力,结构的变形和受力得到改善,充分发挥索的抗拉性能以及混凝土楼盖的抗压性能。为了计算弦支结构拉索的初始预应力,文中在ANSYS中建立弦支结构有限元模型,求解在满足结构跨度及材料性能要求下,达到最大起拱高度时拉索施加初始预应力的大小。结果显示,在自重作用下,弦支结构跨中位移满足最大限值要求,对拉索施加预应力后,在施加3800kN拉力时达到最大起拱高度。这表明,在ANSYS中通过APDL语言迭代求解初始预应力,相较于传统计算方法更准确快捷。The fabricated cable-supported concrete composite floor structure is a typical cable-supported structure.Under the action of tensile force,the cable provides elastic support to the middle brace strut,and the superstructure arches upward under the support of the brace strut.By applying prestress,the deformation and stress of the structure are improved to exert fully the tensile abilities of the cable and the compressive abilities of the concrete floor.In order to calculate the initial prestress of cable-supported structure,a finite element model of cable-supported structure is established in ANSYS to solve the initial prestress in the cable when the maximum camber height is reached under the requirement of span and material properties.The results show that the maximum displacement in the midspan of cable-supported structures under the action of gravity meets the requirements of the maximum limit value,and the maximum camber height is reached when 3800kN tension is applied to the cable.The results show that the APDL language is used to solve the initial prestress iteratively in ANSYS,which is more accurate and faster than the traditional calculation method.
