摘　　要：文中以40m城市高架节段箱梁拼装架设施工技术为背景,就短线法预制、架桥机选型、测量控制、垫石及支座安装、吊装拼接、涂胶及临时张拉、永久张拉、压浆封锚及落梁等工序,以及线性控制措施进行了详细阐述,为类似工程施工提供技术参考。With 40m urban elevated segmental box girder assembly construction technology as background,this article provides detailed explanations of the prefabrication process of segmental box girder with short bed match mast method,bridge girder erection machine selection,measurement control,bearing pad stone and support installation,hoisting and splicing,gluing and temporary tensioning,steel strand tensioning,grouting anchoring,and lowering of girder,as well as linear control measures,providing technical references for similar project construction.
