摘  要:为解决转换梁出现明显裂缝的问题,文中提出了考虑附加载荷影响的地铁车站转换梁结构施工技术,搭建预应力临时支撑,承接转换梁结构施工预应力。将铺设的地铁车站转换梁底模板作为承担梁刚度引起预应力变形的构件,考虑到附加载荷的影响,安装车站转换梁转体结构,实现了地铁车站转换梁的高质量施工。分析结果表明,该施工技术的转换梁体顶部总长压缩值更符合理想状态,不易出现梁体裂缝。In order to solve the problem of obvious cracks in transfer beam,the construction technology of transfer beam in metro station considering the effect of additional load is put forward.The prestressed temporary support is built to undertake the construction prestress of the transfer beam structure.The formwork at the bottom of transfer beam of subway station is used as a member to bear the prestress deformation caused by the stiffness of the beam.Considering the effect of the additional load,the transfer beam structure is installed,and the high-quality construction of the transfer beam in subway station is realized.The results show that the total compression value of the transfer beam top is more in line with the ideal state,and the cracks are not easy to appear.
