摘　　要：文中在分析智能建造技术及智能建造模式的基础上,构建了研究框架,确定了研究的方法,即采用文献研究法和等级全息模型(HHM)的方法,对智能建造模式下建筑工程造价管理影响因素进行分析,以智能化建造技术中的BIM+技术为例,以生产活动、生产要素、组织管理作为三大分析要素,通过文献查阅法和HHM法系统识别出了智能建造模式下建筑工程项目造价的影响因素,以期为建筑工程造价管理工作提供参考。Based on the analysis of intelligent construction technology and intelligent construction mode,a research framework and a research method are established,that is,literature research method and hierarchical holographic model(HHM)are used to analyze the factors affecting the construction cost management under the intelligent construction mode.Then take BIM+technology in intelligent construction technology as an example,take production activities,production factors and organization management as three analysis factors,and systematically identify the influencing factors of construction project cost under intelligent construction mode through literature review method and HHM method,so as to provide reference for construction project cost management.
