摘 要:高校图书馆改变粗放型的采购模式,转向精准化采购,以最小的经费投入最大程度地满足用户需求,是解决当前数字资源建设困境的重要途径,而利用大数据和辅助决策方法,构建采购决策支持模型是实现精准化采购的关键。文章立足于数字资源采购实践,从新增和续订两个方面构建数字资源精准化采购决策支持模型,通过对郑州大图书馆数字资源的样本实验和结果分析,建立模型运行规则,并对郑州大学图书馆2021年度电子期刊数据库的新增和续订的采购方案提出建议,以期为高校图书馆实施数字资源精准化采购,提高建设水平与效益提供参考与借鉴。The important way for university libraries to solve the dilemma of digital resources construction is to change the extensive procurement mode to precision procurement and meet the needs of users to the greatest extent with the minimum investment.The key to achieve precision procurement is to build a procurement decision support model by using big data and auxiliary decision-making methods.Based on the digital resources procurement practice,this paper constructs procurement decision support models from two aspects:newly addition and renewal of digital resources,establishes the model operation rules through sample experiment and result analysis of digital resources in Zhengzhou University Library.The paper also puts forward the suggestions on the procurement plan of the newly addition and renewal of 2021 e-journal database in Zhengzhou University Library,aiming at providing reference for university libraries to implement the precision procurement and improve the construction level and benefits of digital resources.
