摘 要:空气污染形势日趋严峻,同时消费者对大气污染关注度不断提高,使得净化器成为市场上焦点产品。随着消费升级,净化器成为家庭必备家电,但现有空气净化器多采用高效过滤网进行净化,存在风阻大,不及时清洗产生二次污染等问题,而且用户更换滤网成本较高,换下来的废旧网材对环境造成二次污染;静电式空气净化器可以解决上述问题,但需要合理控制电打火问题。通过售后样机进行分析,研究高压打火的原因,并推广到更多的静电式空气净化器上进行应用。The air pollution situation is becoming more and more severe,and consumers are paying more and more attention to air pollution,making purifiers a focus product in the market.With the upgrading of consumption,air purifiers have become a must-have household appliance,but the existing air purifiers mostly use high-efficiency filters for purification,which have problems such as large wind resistance,secondary pollution if not cleaned in time,and high cost for users to replace filters.The replaced waste mesh will cause secondary pollution to the environment;electrostatic air purifiers can solve the above problems,but the problem of electric ignition needs to be reasonably controlled.This article analyzes the after-sales prototype,studies the reasons for high-voltage ignition,and extends it to more electrostatic air purifiers for application.
