摘 要:超高层酒店内部结构以及人员活动的展开方式都较为复杂,需要把握其重点和难点,在充分体现可持续发展思想的同时,选用先进、成熟、可靠且经济合理的技术。以山西潇河新城2号超高层四星级酒店为例,对超高层酒店的冷热源、空调风系统、空调水系统、节能措施等具体设计思路进行介绍,分析了超高层建筑的暖通空调系统设计与常规建筑的不同,通过对此工程暖通专业设计过程中所遇到的一些具体问题解决方案的分析探讨,为以后同类型工程项目的设计提供参考。The internal structure of super-high-rise Hotel and the way of personnel activities are very complex,so it is necessary to grasp its key points and difficulties,select advanced,mature,reliable and economical technologies while fully embodying the idea of sustainable development.Taking the No.2 super-high-rise four-star hotel in Xiaohe new town of Shanxi Province as an example,this paper introduces the concrete design ideas of the super-high-rise hotel,such as the cold and heat sources,air-conditioning wind system,air-conditioning water system,energy-saving measures,etc.,the difference between the HVAC system design of Super high-rise buildings and that of conventional buildings is analyzed,and the solutions to some specific problems encountered in the HVAC design process are discussed,it provides the reference for the design of the same type engineering project in the future.
