摘 要:通过介绍广东深圳某恒温恒湿洁净车间空调系统的设计案例,依据相关的制冷、除湿、电负荷设计指标及温湿度等环境参数,选取适当的负荷系数,通过TRNSYS仿真模拟平台搭建单台低温机组和高低温双冷水组合机组两种系统,并分别对其逐时冷、热、电负荷曲线及各月供冷量及用电量进行对比分析。高低温组双冷水组合系统比单台低温机组系统耗电量节能10.23%,冷机平均COP提高了24.86%,系统COP提高了11.4%,节能效果明显。对于温湿度精度要求较高的工业厂房,低温机组除湿加高温机组降温双冷水机组的空调系统,在节约能源、室内空气品质控制方面都有比较明显的优势,值得采用和推广。This paper introduces a design case of air conditioning system in a constant temperature and humidity clean workshop in Shenzhen,Guangdong province.On the basis of related refrigeration,dehumidification,electricity load design indexes and parameters such as temperature and humidity environment,selecting the appropriate load factor,through the TRNSYS simulation platform structures,a single unit at low temperature and high and low temperature cold water unit two kinds of systems,and the hourly cold,heat,electricity load curve and months cooling and power consumption were analyzed.Compared with a single cryogenic unit,the power consumption of the combined system of double cold water in high and low temperature group is 10.23%,the average COP of chillers is 24.86%,and the COP of system is 11.4%.The energy saving effect is obvious.For industrial plants requiring high precision of temperature and humidity,the air conditioning system of dehumidification of double water chillers low temperature unit and cooling of high temperature unit has obvious advantages in energy saving and indoor air quality control,which is worthy of adoption and promotion.
