体表皮肤损伤相关残疾标准的比较研究

摘　　要：体表皮肤是覆盖在人体表面的最大器官,与外界具有最大的接触面积。因此,体表皮肤损伤在法医临床学鉴定实践中也是最为常见的损伤。2017年1月1日,《人体损伤致残程度分级》标准开始实施,其体表皮肤损伤的相关条款与既往标准存在一定差异。本文比较了《人体损伤致残程度分级》与国内外其他伤残标准中体表皮肤损伤的相关内容,并提出了进一步完善《人体损伤致残程度分级》标准相关内容的建议。Skin is the largest organ covering the human surface,and has the largest contact area with the outside world.Therefore,the impairment of skin is the most common injury in the practice of forensic clinical identification.The Classification of Severity of Disability Caused by Physical Injuries(CSDCPI) has been implemented since January 1,2017.There are certain differences between the skin impairment standards provided by CSDCPI and the previous standards.This article compares related contents of skin impairment in the CSDCPI with other disability standards in China and other countries.We also put forward some suggestions to improve the newly implemented criterion.
