摘　　要：本文介绍了基于市级卫生信息交换平台,构建跨行业、部门、机构的重庆市妇幼健康信息管理系统。该系统通过内容模块的搭建、数据的关联、数据标准与共享流程的制定、推广应用等步骤,形成了覆盖重庆市所有妇幼卫生数据统计机构的应用系统,实现了与市卫生信息交换平台、区县级信息系统数据的互通,以及对大数据的跟踪、反馈和预警,以期为跨机构、跨平台的信息系统数据共享建设提供参考。Based on the municipal level health information exchange platform,Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Information Management System that can exchange maternal and child health information across industries,departments,and institutions is constructed.Through the construction of system content modules,data association,formulation of data standards,development of shared processes,and promotion and application,the application system covering all maternal and child health data statistical institutions in Chongqing is formed,achieving the goal of integrating with the municipal health exchange platform and county level information systems,and tracking,feedback,and early warning of massive data,so as to provide evidence for the construction of cross institution and cross platform information system data sharing.
