摘　　要：为探究卷烟机平准器不同槽深和槽宽等规格参数对卷烟产品品质的端部落丝量指标的影响。设计了2组槽深和1组槽宽的三因素三水平正交试验,对试验条件下生产的卷烟产品的端部落丝量、质量、圆周、吸阻、硬度、总通风、含水率和含末率等物理指标质量进行测试,以考查试验设计条件对卷烟烟支物理指标质量的影响程度。结果表明,随着槽深1尺寸的增大,端部落丝量先降低再升高;随着槽深2和槽宽尺寸的增大,端部落丝量呈现降低的趋势;测试条件对端部落丝量的影响最大,对含末率有一定的影响,对质量、圆周、吸阻、硬度、总通风率和含水率等指标无显著影响;验证试验结果与正交试验最优水平的结果较一致,说明此条件下生产的HH-D卷烟端部落丝量最小。通过优化平准器参数,能够改善卷烟的端部落丝量指标,对控制产品质量的稳定性起到积极作用。In order to explore the influence of different groove depth and groove width of cigarette machine ecreteur on the quality of cigarette products.Two groups of groove depth and one group of groove width of three factor and three level orthogonal tests were designed to test the physical index quality of the cigarette products produced under the test conditions,such as the content of loss of tobacco from the ends,weight,circumference,draw resistance,hardness,degree of total ventilation,moisture content and dust content,to investigate the influence of the test design conditions on the physical index quality of cigarettes.The results showed that with the increase of groove depth 1,the content of loss of tobacco from the ends decreased first and then increased.With the increase of groove depth 2 and groove width,the content of loss of tobacco from the ends decreased;The test conditions havd the greatest influence on the content of loss of tobacco from the ends,had a certain influence on the dust content,and had no significant influence on the weight,circumference,draw resistance,hardness,degree of total ventilation and moisture content;The results of the validation test were consistent with the results of the orthogonal test at the optimal level,which indicated that the HH-D cigarette produced under this condition had the smallest content of loss of tobacco from the ends.By optimizing the parameters of the ecreteur,it could improve the content of loss of tobacco from the ends and play a positive role in controlling the stability of the product quality.
