摘 要:纳米碳化钨粉末是制备超细纳米硬质合金的重要原料,但其比表面积大,易产生团聚,导致原有的优异性能难以发挥。为了减少纳米碳化钨粉末的团聚,使用Triton X-100和OP-10两种表面活性剂对纳米碳化钨进行分散。采用沉降实验、吸光度测试、粒度分析及透射电子显微镜研究了纳米碳化钨在无水乙醇中的分散性能。结果表明,当Triton X-100和OP-10质量分数分别为2%和1.5%,超声时间分别为30 min和50 min时,纳米碳化钨悬浮液的分散效果最好。超声时间相同时,同等浓度下,OP-10的分散效果优于Triton X-100。红外分析表明,Triton X-100和OP-10主要是通过吸附在纳米碳化钨粉末表面减少团聚。Nano-sized tungsten carbide powder is an important raw material for the preparation of ultrafine nano-cemented carbide.However,due to its large specific surface area,agglomeration is easy to occur,hindering the full play of its inherent excellent performance.To reduce the agglomeration of the nano-sized tungsten carbide powder,two surfactants,Triton X-100 and OP-10,were used for dispersion.Sedimentation experiment,absorbance test,particle size analysis and transmission electron microscope were used to study the dispersion performance of nano-sized tungsten carbide in absolute ethanol.The results show that when the mass fractions of Triton X-100 and OP-10 are 2% and 1.5% with ultrasonic times of 30 min and 50 min,respectively,the dispersion effect of the nano-sized tungsten carbide suspension reaches the best.Under the same ultrasonic time and with the same concentrations,OP-10 exhibits better dispersion effect than Triton X-100.Infrared analysis shows that Triton X-100 and OP-10 mainly reduce the agglomeration by adsorbing onto the surface of nano-sized tungsten carbide.
