摘 要:高熵陶瓷是近年来新型陶瓷研究领域的一大热点,在航空工业领域有着巨大的发展和应用前景。基于高熵策略设计的高熵氧化物陶瓷涂层可以较好地解决当前热障/环境障涂层在高温下服役寿命、抗氧化性、抗CMAS(钙镁铝硅氧化物)腐蚀等关键性能不足的问题。综述了近几年不同体系的五元高熵稀土盐类材料在热障/环境障涂层领域作为候补材料的研究进展,总结了该类材料在结构、性能及主要应用领域方面的特点。最后展望了高熵稀土盐类陶瓷涂层的发展方向,为新材料体系的进一步研发和关键性能优化提供思路。High-entropy ceramics has become a major focus in the research of new ceramics in recent years,with promising prospects of development and application in the aerospace industry.High-entropy oxide ceramic coatings,designed based on the high-entropy strategy,can better solve the deficiencies of key performance of thermal/environmental barrier coatings,including service life,oxidation resistance,and CMAS(Ca/Mg/Al/Si oxides) corrosion resistance at high temperatures.The article reviews the research progress of quintuple-element high-entropy rare earth salt materials in different systems as alternate candidates in the field of thermal/environmental barrier coatings in recent years,and summarizes the characteristics of the materials in terms of structure,performance and main application fields.Finally,the future development direction of high-entropy rare earth salt ceramic coatings is discussed to provide insights for further research and development as well as optimization of key performance of the new material systems.
