摘 要:跟踪接收机监控单元主要由MCU、CPLD、串口组件、并口组件等部分组成,完成设备工作状态的检测、控制及显示。设计所采用的集成电路大部分都以进口为主,这些集成电路设计复杂,国产化进程难度较大,但随着近年来国家倡导的国产自主可控战略,国产芯片已经取得一定的成果。本文基于某工程国产化验证项目前提,从监控单元设计原理入手,描述了电子元器件国产化现状以及设计选型和实现过程,并对验证过程中出现的诸多问题,进行分析定位及测试验证,实现了监控单元的国产化替代设计。并在工程实践中取得了良好的成果。The monitoring unit of the tracking receiver is composed of MCU,CPLD,serial port component and parallel port component.It can detect,control and display the working status of the equipment.Most of the ICs used in the design are mainly imported.The design of these ICs is complicated and the process of localization is difficult.However,along with the national self-control strategy advocated in recent years,the domestic chip has already formed certain achievements.Based on the premise of the localized verification project of a certain project,this paper describes the status quo of localized electronic components and the process of design selection and realization from the design principle of the monitoring unit,and analyzes,locates and tests the problems in the verification process.It realizes the localized substitute design of monitoring unit.Good results have been obtained in engineering practice.
