统筹方法在护理中应用的新进展

摘　　要：统筹方法是对工作进行全盘筹划、合理安排工作流程,用最优方案取得最佳工作效率,从而节省人力、物力和时间等方法。将统筹方法应用在医院护理工作流程中,可创新护理工作模式,优化护理工作流程,提高工作效率。本文对统筹方法在护理工作中的应用进展进行综述,以为临床优化护理工作流程,提高护理人员工作效率提供参考。The overall planning method is to comprehensively plan work,reasonably arrange work processes,and achieve the best work efficiency with the best plan,thereby saving manpower,material resources,and time.Applying the holistic approach to hospital nursing workflow can innovate nursing work models,optimize nursing work processes,and improve work efficiency.This article reviews the application progress of the overall planning method in nursing work,providing reference for optimizing nursing workflow and improving the work efficiency of nursing staff in clinical practice.
