摘　　要：文中在现行海事配员规则下,着眼于船员休息时间以及船员班组数量的优化,综合考虑船员工作时长、换班地点等约束提出了船员换班创新模式,建立船员班组排班模型,以汉江某集装箱班轮航线为实证,运用遗传算法对所构建的模型进行求解.结果表明:该模式可有效改善船员生活环境、降低工作负荷、提高船舶通航安全,但在单船运输组织模式下会增加航次运营成本,在密集班次船队运营组织模式下增加的人员劳务成本可通过减少的航次时间成本来达到经济性目标.Under the current maritime manning rules,focusing on the optimization of crew rest time and the number of crew shifts,and considering the influence of crew working hours,shift change places and other constraints,this paper put forward an innovative mode of crew shift change.and a crew shift scheduling model was established.Taking a container liner route in Hanjiang River as an example,the proposed model was solved by genetic algorithm.The results show that this mode can effectively improve the living environment of the crew,reduce the workload and improve the navigation safety of the ship,but it will increase the voyage operation cost under the single ship transportation organization mode.Under the mode of intensive fleet operation and organization,the increased labor cost of personnel can achieve the economic goal by reducing the voyage time cost.
