摘  要:文中采用水损坏敏感性测试仪(moisture induced stress tester,MIST)模拟动水损害,研究热再生沥青混合料的水稳定性和黏弹性,RAP掺量为0%、30%、45%与60%.基于标准飞散、浸水飞散和MIST处理后的标准飞散试验,研究RAP掺量对混合料静水及动水损害后水稳定性的影响.基于动态模量测试,研究RAP掺量对混合料黏弹性的影响.结果表明:MIST处理后,混合料外观无变化,但毛体积相对密度降低、空隙率升高;对于同种沥青混合料,浸水飞散的飞散损失最大,其次是MIST后标准飞散,最后是标准飞散;30%和45%RAP混合料的水稳定性相当,60%RAP混合料的水稳定性下降明显;MIST处理后标准飞散试验可以作为混合料水稳定性的评价方法.热再生混合料的动态模量高于全新料,RAP掺量越大,动态模量越大.The water stability and viscoelasticity of hot recycled asphalt mixture were studied by simulating dynamic water damage with a water damage induced stress tester(MIST).The RAP content was 0%,30%,45%and 60%respectively.Based on the standard flying test after standard flying test,immersion flying test and MIST test,the influence of RAP content on the water stability of the mixture after static water and dynamic water damage was studied.Based on the dynamic modulus test,the influence of RAP content on the viscoelasticity of mixture was analyzed.The results show that the appearance of the mixture does not change after MIST treatment,but the relative density of gross volume decreases and the porosity increases.For the same asphalt mixture,the loss of water-soaked dispersion is the largest,followed by standard dispersion after MIST,and finally standard dispersion.The water stability of 30%and 45%RAP mixture is similar,and the water stability of 60%RAP mixture decreases obviously.The standard dispersion test after MIST treatment can be used as an evaluation method of water stability of mixture.The dynamic modulus of hot recycled mixture is higher than that of brand-new material,and the greater the content of RAP,the greater the dynamic modulus.
