摘　　要：水利工程的基本价值功能体现在保障供水资源充足,运用水利资源的优化配置,使用技术手段来促进现有水资源实现最大化的使用效益。近年来,水利工程的基础设施体系结构达到更为完善的程度,水利基础设施的预期使用效益也得到了全面发挥。本文对水利工程施工安全与质量管理中常见问题及解决措施进行分析,以供参考。The basic value function of water conservancy engineering is embodied in ensuring sufficient water supply resources,using the optimal allocation of water conservancy resources,and using technical means to promote the maximum use benefit of existing water resources.In recent years,the infrastructure architecture of water conservancy engineering has reached a more complete level,and the expected use benefits of water conservancy infrastructure have also been fully utilized.This paper analyzes common problems and solutions in the construction safety and quality management of water conservancy engineering,for reference.
