摘　　要：随着建筑行业高质量发展方向,装配式建筑项目越来越多落地建设,为推进装配式建筑施工监理的规范化、标准化工作的落实,确保结构安全性和耐久性,本文通过实例,从图纸深化设计、施工准备、装配式构建制作、运输、现场安装、检测、验收等环节展开阐述,深入研究并实施装配式建筑施工监理在各环节的规范化控制要点,高质量实现了装配式建筑项目的施工安全及质量创优的预期效果,为类似建筑项目提供管理经验借鉴。With the high-quality development direction of the construction industry,more prefabricated building projects are built.In order to promote the implementation of standardization and normalization of prefabricated building construction supervision and ensure structural safety and durability,this paper expounds the detailed design of drawings,construction preparation,prefabricated construction production,transportation,on-site installation,testing,acceptance and other links through examples,and deeply studies and implements the standardized control points of prefabricated building construction supervision in each link,which realizes the expected effect of construction safety and quality optimization of prefabricated building projects with high quality,and provides management experience for similar building projects.
