摘 要:为解决火灾时矿井巷道风阻不易获取的问题,根据热力学、流体力学和通风学理论,推导矿井火灾期间火源分支巷道风阻变化与火灾产生的CO_(2)体积分数之间的关系。结果表明,在矿井火灾时期,火源分支巷道风阻与火灾产生的CO_(2)体积分数存在线性关系。基于搭建的小尺寸矿井火灾模拟试验系统进行下行通风斜巷试验,测定火灾后巷道风阻随CO_(2)体积分数的变化。试验结果与理论式计算结果相吻合。To solve the problem that the wind resistance in the roadway is not easy to obtain during mine fire,an improved calculation method of wind resistance of fire source branch roadway during mine fire was proposed in this paper.Firstly,according to the theory of thermodynamics,fluid mechanics,and ventilation,the formula between the variation of wind resistance in fire source roadway and the volume fraction of carbon dioxide generated by fire during mine fire was theoretically deduced.The formula indicates that there exists a linear relationship between the wind resistance of the fire branch roadway and the volume fraction of carbon dioxide generated by the fire during the mine fire.To verify this formula,a small-scale mine fire simulation experiment system was designed and built.The experimental system consists of eleven roadways,one control system,one detection system,one fire source simulation system,and a tail gas treating unit.The control system includes six adjustable opening air doors and a fan.By controlling the air doors in the experimental system,a series of the branch containing the fire source roadway is constructed.The fire roadway is 5 m long,0.3 m wide,and 0.3 m high,with a dip angle of 12 degrees.The bottom,roof,and one sidewall of the roadway are made of steel,while the other sidewall is made of fireproof glasses to observe the flow of smoke.And the fire test of downhill longitudinal ventilation was carried out to determine the variation of wind resistance in the roadway with the carbon dioxide volume fraction after the fire.The experimental results show that with the increase of carbon dioxide volume fraction produced by fire,the wind resistance of the fire source roadway increases.The experimental results are consistent with the calculation results drawn from the theoretical formula.
