摘  要:为了解决装配式建筑绿色施工评价存在定性指标与定量指标混存、评价指标不确定的问题,建立基于二元联系数和投影灰靶决策理论相结合的装配式建筑绿色施工综合评价模型。首先,通过分析装配式建筑绿色施工评价影响因素,综合考虑“四节一环保”建设要求、装配式建筑施工技术特点和社会效益等,从资源节约、绿色管理、生态环境、施工技术和效益协调5个角度,选取32个指标构建装配式建筑绿色施工综合评价指标体系;其次,借助序关系分析(Order Relation Analysis,G1)法、熵权法和组合赋权法计算指标主观、客观和综合权重,采用二元联系数理论对混合指标数据进行处理,并基于投影灰靶决策理论确定待评价对象绿色施工水平;最后,以3个在建项目为例,进行绿色施工综合评估,并与其他模型评估结果进行对比。研究结果显示模型评估结果更合理可靠,与实际情况相符,表明二元联系数-投影灰靶决策理论在装配式建筑绿色施工评估方面具有适用性,可以为类似评估工作提供思路。This paper aims at establishing a new comprehensive evaluation model for the green construction evaluation of prefabricated buildings based on the combination of binary connection number and projection grey target decision theory in the light of the characteristics of the mixed coexistence of qualitative and quantitative indexes and the uncertainty of evaluation index.For this purpose,first of all,we made a thorough analysis of the chief factors affecting the green construction evaluation of prefabricated buildings considering the construction requirements of“four saving and one environmental protection”and the technical characteristics and social benefits of prefabricated buildings construction.The chief factors mainly include the following 32 factors:the rate of water saving,degree of green construction safety education and training,the air-quality index,proportion of innovative technology investment,satisfaction rating,etc.Furthermore,a comprehensive evaluation index system was constructed based on five factors:resource conservation,green management,ecological environment,construction technology,and benefit coordination.Secondly,we managed to G1 method and entropy weight method for determining the subjective and objective weights for each index and introduced the combination weight method to find the comprehensive weights of each index.The binary connection number theory was applied to process the mixed index data,and we can obtain the green construction level of the object to be evaluated based on the projection gray target decision-making theory;Finally,the comprehensive evaluation model based on the combination of binary connection number and projection grey target decision theory was applied to evaluate the green construction evaluation of three prefabricated buildings under construction,and the evaluation results of this model were compared with other models.The comprehensive evaluation result is more rational and reliable,which is consistent with the actual situation.This study can verify the applica
