基于德尔菲法构建消毒供应中心去污区质控指标对器械清洗质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于德尔菲法构建消毒供应中心去污区质控指标对器械清洗质量的影响。方法河南省中西医结合医院从2022年1月开始应用基于德尔菲法构建消毒供应中心去污区质控指标,比较2021年6—12月(实施前)和2022年1—6月(实施后)质控组、护士长、上级部门对去污区的督导检查合格率及去污区相关生物监测合格率、器械清洗合格率、科室满意度。结果实施后护士长日查、质控组日查合格率分别高于实施前(P<0.05),实施前后上级部门督导检查合格率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实施后空气生物监测、物表生物监测、工作人员手监测、钳类、口腔科牙针车针、管腔类、器皿类等器械清洗合格率及科室满意度高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论基于德尔菲法构建消毒供应中心去污区质控指标可提升器械清洗质量,提高科室满意度。Objective To explore the impact of constructing quality control indicators for decontamination areas in disinfection supply centers based on Delphi method on the quality of instrument cleaning.Methods Since January 2022,Henan Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital has applied the Delphi method to construct quality control indicators for the decontamination area of the disinfection supply center.The qualification rate of supervision and inspection of the decontamination area by the quality control team,charge nurses and superior departments from June to December 2021(before implementation)and January to June 2022(after implementation),as well as the qualification rate of biological monitoring related to the decontamination area,the qualification rate of instrument cleaning and department satisfaction were compared.Results After the implementation,the qualified rate of the charge nurses daily inspection and the quality control group’s daily inspection were higher than those before the implementation(P<0.05).There was no statistically difference in the qualified rate of the supervision and inspection by the superior department before and after the implementation(P>0.05).After implementation,the qualification rate of air biological monitoring,surface biological monitoring,staff hand monitoring,forceps,dental needles,syringes,utensils and other instruments cleaning and department satisfaction rate were higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion Constructing quality control indicators for the decontamination area of a disinfection supply center based on the Delphi method can improve the quality of instrument cleaning and department satisfaction.
