摘 要:目的探讨临床教学路径联合情景模拟教学在新生儿科新入职护士培训中的应用效果。方法选取2020年11月至2021年11月在郑州大学附属儿童医院新生儿学科轮转的新入职护士28人作为研究组,采用临床教学路径教学联合情景模拟教学模式,同时以2019年5月至2020年5月在新生儿学科轮转的新入职护士31人作为对照组,采用集中理论培训及“师带徒”临床带教模式。两组培训时长均为6个月,培训结束进行终期考核。比较两组新入职护士终期考核成绩、综合能力评价、满意度。结果研究组新入职护士理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、综合能力评价得分、对带教模式的满意率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论临床教学路径联合情景模拟教学模式有效提高教学质量和教学效果,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the application effect of clinical pathway teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching in the training of new nurses in the neonatology department.Methods A total of 28 newly admitted nurses rotating in the Department of Neonatology of Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from November 2020 to November 2021 were selected as the research group.The research group adopted the clinical teaching pathway teaching and scenario simulation teaching model.At the same time,31 newly enrolled nurses who had rotated in the Department of Neonatology from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the control group.The control group adopted the centralized theoretical training and the clinical teaching model of“teacher and apprentice”.The training duration of both groups was 6 months,and the final assessment was carried out after the training.The final assessment results,comprehensive ability evaluation and satisfaction were compared between the two groups of new nurses.Results The scores of theoretical assessment,operation assessment,comprehensive ability assessment and satisfaction rate in the research group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of clinical teaching pathway and scenario simulation teaching model can effectively improve teaching quality and teaching effect,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
