启宫丸方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对多囊卵巢综合征患者的影响

摘　　要：目的探究启宫丸方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者的影响。方法选择2020年8月至2022年8月漯河市中心医院收治的78例PCOS患者,根据治疗方式将其分为对照组35例(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片)和观察组43例(炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合启宫丸方),对比分析两组患者的子宫内膜容受性和排卵状况变化情况。结果两组患者的促卵泡激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、睾酮(T)等内分泌指标在治疗后均有所下降,两组患者组内治疗前后对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗前后雌二醇(E2)变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的FSH、LH、T等内分泌指标低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的子宫内膜厚度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者的子宫内膜类型分型比对照组更优(Z=4.043,P<0.001)。观察组患者的子宫内膜血流情况比对照组更优(Z=5.930,P<0.001)。观察组排卵率为79.83%,高于对照组(55.44%),妊娠率为51.16%,高于对照组(22.85%)(P<0.05)。结论启宫丸方联合炔雌醇环丙孕酮片能够帮助PCOS患者改善子宫内膜容受性,提高排卵率与妊娠率,临床应用效果良好。Objective To investigate the effect of Qigong pill combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets on endometrial receptivity and ovulation in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods Seventy-eight patients with PCOS admitted to Luohe Central Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into a control group(35 cases,ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets)and an observation group(43 cases,ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets combined with Qigong pills)according to different treatment methods.The changes of endometrial receptivity and ovulation status were compared between the two groups.Results The endocrine indicators such as follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),luteinizing hormone(LH),testosterone(T)in the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in estradiol(E 2)changes before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the endocrine indexes of FSH,LH and T in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness in observation group was greater than that in control group(P<0.05).The endometrial type classification of the observation group was better than that of the control group(Z=4.043,P<0.001).The endometrial blood flow in the observation group was better than that in the control group(Z=5.930,P<0.001).The ovulation rate of the observation group was 79.83%,which was higher than that of the control group(55.44%),and the pregnancy rate of the observation group was 51.16%,which was higher than that of the control group(22.85%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Qigong pill combined with ethinylestradiol cyproterone tablets can help patients with PCOS to improve endometrial receptivity,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate,with good clinical effect.
