多学科合作模式下护理支持对食管癌患者身心康复的影响

摘　　要：目的观察多学科合作模式下护理支持对食管癌患者身心康复的影响。方法纳入2021年2月至2023年2月河南大学第一附属医院收治的69例食管癌患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34,常规护理干预)与观察组(n=35,常规护理干预基础上实施多学科合作模式下护理支持)。比较干预前后患者自我效能量表(SUPPH)评分、Herth希望指数(HHI)评分、癌因性疲乏状况、营养状况、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分、癌症患者生活功能指数(FLIC)评分。结果干预前两组患者SUPPH评分、HHI评分、转铁蛋白(TF)、白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)、ESCA评分、FLIC评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后两组患者SUPPH评分、HHI评分、TF、ALB、PA、ESCA评分、FLIC评分均提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者癌因性疲乏状况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多学科合作模式下护理支持可较好改善食管癌患者自我效能与希望水平、自我护理能力、心理状态与生活质量、营养状况,且可改善患者癌因性疲乏状况,值得应用。Objective To observe the effect of nursing support on physical and mental rehabilitation of patients with esophageal cancer under multidisciplinary cooperation model.Methods A total of 69 patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from February 2021 to February 2023 were included in this study,and the included patients were divided into control group(n=34,routine nursing intervention)and observation group(n=35,nursing support under multidisciplinary cooperation model based on routine nursing intervention)by random number table method.The strategies used by people to promote health(SUPPH)score,Herth hope index(HHI)score,cancer-related fatigue status,nutrition status,exercise of self-care agency(ESCA)score and functional living index cancer(FLIC)score were compared before and after intervention.Results Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in SUPPH score,HHI score,transferrin(TF),albumin(ALB),prealbumin(PA),ESCA score and FLIC score(P>0.05).After intervention,the SUPPH score,HHI score,TF,ALB,PA,ESCA score and FLIC score were improved in both groups,and observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).The status of cancer-induced fatigue in observation group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing support under multidisciplinary cooperation mode can improve the self-efficacy and hope level,self-care ability,mental state,quality of life,nutrition status of patients with esophageal cancer,and can improve the status of cancer-related fatigue,which is worthy of application.
