摘　　要：介绍了港口调车机车的工作环境特点,分析了港口调车机车存在的火灾风险及火灾特征.阐述了适用于调车机车的火灾防控系统控制策略,进行了调车机车火灾防控系统的设计,包括火灾探测器的选型、消防控制器的设计、灭火剂的选择和用量确定,以及释放管路设计和喷头选型.在港口调车机车上进行了装车应用及调试,为调车机车早期火灾探测及有效灭火提供了一种可行方案.The paper introduces the operation environment characteristics of port switchers,and analyzes the existing fire risks and characteristics in the switcher.It also describes the control strategy of fire prevention and control system suitable for switchers,and the design of fire prevention and control system,including the selection of fire detector,the design of fire controller,the selection and dosage determination of extinguishing agent,as well as the design of release pipeline and the selection of nozzle.It has been applied and debugged on the port switcher,providing a feasible scheme for early fire detection and effective fire extinguishing of switchers.
