摘 要:硼酸通常用于调节电镀液的pH值。快速准确地测定电镀液中硼酸含量对完善电镀工艺,提高产品质量具有重要作用。采用红外光谱探究聚乙烯醇-碘-硼酸的反应机理,聚乙烯醇、碘与硼酸反应生成蓝绿色络合物,最大吸收波长为670 nm,硼酸浓度与络合物吸光度间呈线性关系。通过考察络合物显色时间、聚乙烯醇溶液浓度与加入量、乙醇与碘液加入量对显色反应的影响,建立一种测定电镀镍溶液中硼酸含量的方法。结果表明,聚乙烯醇溶液浓度为0.20 g/L,加入量为5.0 mL,乙醇与碘液的加入量均为1.5 mL时,得到稳定的蓝绿色溶液。硼酸浓度在9.0~54.0 mmol/L与生成的络合物溶液吸光度呈良好线性,线性相关系数R=0.999 2。加标回收率为92.7%~98.6%,验证了方法的可靠性。方法用于实际样品中硼酸含量的测定,具有绿色、安全、方便、快捷的优点,为电镀领域的硼酸定量检测提供了一种新的思路。Boric acid is usually used to regulate the pH of the plating solution.Rapid and accurate determination of boric acid content in electroplating solution plays an important role in perfecting electroplating process and improving product quality.The reaction mechanism of polyvinyl alcohol-iodine-boric acid was investigated by infrared spectroscopy.Polyvinyl alcohol,iodine and boric acid reacted to produce blue-green complex.The maximum absorption wavelength was 670 nm,and there was a linear relationship between boric acid concentration and absorbance of the complex.A method for determination of boric acid content in electroplating nickel solution was established by investigating the effects of complex color development time,the concentration and amount of polyvinyl alcohol solution,and the amount of ethanol and iodine solution on the color development reaction.The results showed that stable blue-green solution was obtained when the concentration of PVA solution was 0.20 g/L,the addition amount was 5.0 mL,and the addition amount of ethanol and iodine solution was 1.5 mL.Boric acid concentration was in the range of 9.0—54.0 mmol/L and the absorbance of the complex solution presented a good linear,linear correlation coefficient R 2 was 0.9992.The recoveries were 92.7%—98.6%,which proved the reliability of the method.The method has the advantages of green,safe,convenient and fast for determination of boric acid in practical samples.It provides a new idea for the quantitative determination of boric acid in electroplating field.
