摘  要:人体内的多种元素不仅反应了人体健康水平也同时可以反映出所暴露的环境水平、营养摄入水平等问题,因此对人体样本中多种元素的测定是准确评价人体健康的重要途径。为了实现对人体全血、尿液中多种不同质量数的元素高效精准的测定,分别采用了0.1%硝酸溶液+0.01%曲拉通溶液和1%硝酸溶液作为全血和尿液的稀释剂对样本直接稀释经高速离心后使用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS)的碰撞模式(KED)测定样本中的钪、钒、铬、锰、铯、钴、镍、锌、铜、砷、硒、锶、钇、钼、银、镉、锡、锑、钡、镧、铈、镨、钕、钐、铕、钆、铽、镝、钬、铒、铥、镱、镥、汞、铊、铅、钍、铀等38种元素。根据不同元素在人体内的暴露特征分别确立了相应的标准曲线线性范围,用来测定人体全血、尿液样本中所有元素的标准曲线线性相关系数良好(R^(2)≥0.999),所有元素的检出限在0.001~15μg/L,全血样本的总变异系数≤12%、尿液样本的变异系数≤10%,两种样本的加标回收率在80.3%~125%,使用不同级别浓度的有证质量控制样品对方法中元素进行检验,所有元素均在证书给定的可接受范围内。对部分人群样本进行测定,评估了不同元素的暴露水平。方法具有线性范围宽、检出限低、灵敏度高、准确性高、操作安全等优点,可适用于不同暴露特征人群的样本测定。A variety of elements in the human body not only reflect the human health level,but also indicate the exposed environmental level,nutritional intake level and other problems.Therefore,the determination of various elements in human samples is an important way to accurately evaluate human health.In order to realize the efficient and accurate determination of the elements of different mass numbers in whole blood and urine,the collision mode of 0.1%nitric acid solution+0.01%Triton X-100 and 1%nitric acid solution were used as diluent of whole blood and urine,and the samples were directly diluted and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS)after centrifugation.(KED)Determine 38 elements of scandium,vanadium,chromium,manganese,cesium,cobalt,nickel,zinc,copper,arsenic,selenium,strontium,yttrium,molybdenum,silver,cadmium,tin,antimony,barium,lanthanum,cerium,praseodymium,samarium,europium,gadolinium,terbium,dysprosium,holmium,erbium,thulium,lutetium,mercury,thallium,lead,thorium and uranium.The corresponding linear range of the standard curve is established according to the exposure characteristics of the different elements in the human body.The standard curve linear correlation coefficient of all elements in human whole blood and urine samples determined by this method is good(R 2≥0.999),the detection limit of all elements is 0.001-15μg/L,the total coefficient of variation of whole blood samples is less than or equal to 12%,the variation coefficient of urine samples is less than or equal to 10%,and the recovery of spike levels of the two samples was between 80.3%-125%.All of the elements in the method are tested using certified quality control samples of different levels of concentrations,and all elements are within the acceptable range given by the certificate.The exposure level of different elements is determined,and the exposure level of different elements is evaluated.This method has the advantages of wide linear range,low detection limit,high sensitivity,high accuracy and operation safety,and can be s
