摘　　要：志愿服务是现代社会文明进步的重要标志,也是城市创新社会治理的重要实践方式。基于个人与社会的关系理论框架,利用中国社会状况综合调查数据,通过因子分析、离散选择模型、调节效应模型和KHB效应分解方法研究个人社会经济保障感知对志愿服务行为的影响。研究发现,社会经济保障感知与志愿服务参与行为呈正相关,阶层提升感知在社会经济保障感知与志愿服务行为之间发挥了正向的调节效应,个人对政府与群团组织的信任水平是社会经济保障感知影响志愿服务行为的中介路径,替换变量测量方式和倾向得分匹配后得出的结果依然支持研究结论。Volunteering is a vital indicator of progress in modern social civilization and serves as a crucial practical approach to innovative social governance in urban areas.Drawing on the theoretical framework of the relationship between individuals and society,this study utilizes Chinese social survey data to investigate the impact of individuals'perceived socio-economic security on their engagement in volunteering.The research employs factor analysis,discrete choice models,moderation effect models,and the KHB effect decomposition method.The findings of the study reveal a positive association between the improving perception of socio-economic security among the Chinese public and their participation in volunteering.Mechanism analysis results indicate that individuals'perception of social mobility plays a positive moderating role in the relationship between socio-economic security perception and volunteering behavior.Additionally,the level of trust in the government and social organizations is identified as an intermediary pathway through which socio-economic security perception influences volunteering behavior.Furthermore,the results obtained through alternative variable measurement methods,data substitution,and propensity score matching methods provide consistent support for the research conclusions.
