胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的滋培汤治疗效果及对GAS、MOT水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 分析胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者的滋培汤治疗效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年1月宜兴市中医医院脾胃病科胃阴不足型慢性萎缩性胃炎患者100例为研究对象,依据随机数表法分为两组,均50例,对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组加用滋培汤,评估不同方案治疗效果。结果 观察组患者腹胀、嗳气、纳差、食欲不振、恶心、胃脘灼痛症状消失时间均短于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血清学指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者胃动素、胃泌素、生长激素指标水平均高于对照组,生长抑素水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者免疫学指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组患者可溶白细胞介素-2受体、CD8^(+)T水平低于对照组,CD4^(+)T水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应总发生率8.00%,与对照组4.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.177,P=0.674)。结论 滋培汤用于慢性萎缩性胃炎治疗中胃泌素与胃动素等恢复效果理想,将其与西药联用可缩短症状消失时间,同时促进免疫功能与胃功能水平改善,且安全性较高。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Zipei Decoction on patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with stomach yin deficiency.Methods From January 2021 to January 2023,100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis with gastric yin deficiency in Department of Spleen and Stomach Diseases,Yixing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups of 50 cases each.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was additionally given Zipei Decoction.Evaluate the therapeutic effects of different regimens.Results The disappearance time of abdominal distension,belching,poor appetite,nausea,and epigastric burning symptoms in the observation group patients was shorter than that in the control group patients,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of serum indicators between the two groups of patients (P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of motilin,gastrin,and human growth hormone indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,while the levels of somatostatin were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in immunological indicators between the two groups of patients (P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor and CD8^(+)T in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while CD4^(+)T levels were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8.00%,and there was no statistically significant difference compared to the control group of 4.00%(χ^(2)=0.177,P=0.674).Conclusion Zipei decoction has an ideal effect on the recovery of gastrin and motilin in the treatme
