经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查在诊断宫颈息肉样病变中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的 评价宫颈息肉样病变诊断中采用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的作用效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年7月临沂市妇幼保健院诊断的60例疑似宫颈息肉样病变患者,均接受经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理检查结果为金标准,比较两种诊断方式的检查结果及诊断效能。结果 病理诊断结果显示无宫颈息肉样病变40例、宫颈息肉样病变20例,经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查结果显示无宫颈息肉样病变30例,宫颈息肉样病变30例;经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查敏感度为100.00%,特异度为75.00%,准确性为83.33%,误诊率为25.00%,漏诊率为0,kappa值为0.667。结论 诊断宫颈息肉样病变中应用经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,能够判断息肉状况,开展方式十分便捷,并且出结果快,更有利于基层宫颈息肉样病变诊断工作的开展。Objective To evaluate the effect of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical polypoid lesions.Methods Sixty patients with suspected cervical polypoid lesions diagnosed in Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2021 to July 2022were selected.All patients underwent transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography,and the results of pathological examination were used as the gold standard.The results of examination,and diagnostic efficacy of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results Pathological diagnosis results showed no cervical polypoid lesions in 40 cases,cervical polypoid lesions in 20 cases,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound results showed no cervical polypoid lesions in 30 cases,cervical polypoid lesions in 30 cases.The sensitivity of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was 100.00%,the specificity was 75.00%,the accuracy was 83.33%,the misdiagnosis rate was 25.00%,the missed diagnosis rate was 0,and the kappa value was 0.667.Conclusion The application of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of cervical polypoid lesions can judge the status of polyps,and the way of carrying out is very convenient.And the result is quick,which is more conducive to the diagnosis of cervical polypoid lesions at the grassroots level.
