经阴道彩超诊断子宫内膜病变的诊断价值分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨经阴道彩超诊断子宫内膜病变的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2019年10月—2022年11月深圳市龙岗区第五人民医院收治的58例子宫内膜病变患者临床资料,患者入院时均进行经阴道彩超检查,以病理诊断结果为金标准,分析经阴道彩超对子宫内膜病变的诊断效果及与病理诊断结果的一致性。结果 病理诊断结果显示,58例患者中有25例为子宫内膜息肉,25例为子宫内膜增生,5例为黏膜下肌瘤,3例为子宫内膜癌。经阴道彩超诊断结果显示,58例患者中有22例为子宫内膜息肉,28例为子宫内膜增生,5例为黏膜下肌瘤,3例为子宫内膜癌。子宫内膜良性病变的血流的阻力指数明显高于子宫内膜癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经阴道彩超诊断子宫内膜病变的准确度、特异度、灵敏度、Kappa值均较高。结论 经阴道彩超诊断子宫内膜病变的准确率高,且操作简便、安全性高。Objective To investigate the application value of transvaginal color ultrasonography in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Methods Clinical data of 58patients with endometrial lesions admitted to Longgang District Fifth People's Hospital from October 2019 to November 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent transvaginal color ultrasonography on admission.Taking pathological diagnosis as the gold standard,the diagnostic effect of transvaginal color ultrasonography on endometrial lesions and its consistency with pathological diagnosis were analyzed.Results Pathological diagnosis showed that 25 of the 58 patients had endometrial polyps,25 had endometrial hyperplasia,5 had submucous myoma,and 3 had endometrial cancer.The results of transvaginal color ultrasonography showed that 22 of the 58 patients had endometrial polyps,28 had endometrial hyperplasia,5 had submucous myoma,and 3 had endometrial cancer.The blood flow resistance index of benign endometrial lesions was significantly higher than that of endometrial carcinoma,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the accuracy,specificity,sensitivity and Kappa value of transvaginal color ultrasonography were higher in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions.Conclusion The diagnosis of endometrial lesions by transvaginal color ultrasonography is accurate,simple and safe.
